Job Description:
1. Fundamental understanding of US banking (e.g.
checking and savings accounts, ACH/Wire process
information, account registration)
2. Knowledge and general understanding of US tax system
and processes (IRS) is beneficial
3. Ability to understand and communicate complex issues
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous operations, processing, or customer service
experience
5. Knowledge of investment products: Annuities,
Insurance, Brokerage, Certificate, etc. Knowledge of
Annuities & Insurance is preferred
6. Knowledge of Annuities & Insurance Claims Settlement
is preferred.
Location: Gurgaon
Timings will be either of the below (NIGHT SHIFT)*:
7:00PM - 3:30AM
8:00PM - 4:30AM
9:30PM - 6:00AM
10:30PM - 7:00AM
There might be a need to be flexible with shift timings due
to business requirements. Candidates need to be also open
to work on weekends depending on business requirements.
Additional overtime may be required during peak
processing times (Calendar year-end and US Tax Season
March 1 through April 30) to handle seasonal volumes.
*Shift Timings will move 1hr ahead during daylight saving
time period followed in U.S.A.
