to elevate the conversation to higher levels, and
to accelerate the decision making process and help close

deals faster
Specific Responsibilities
:
Execution of qualitative & financial analyses in support of
individual Oracle sales cycles
Creation of high quality presentations of increasing
complexity in support of sales cycles
Effectively
interact with global sales teams, and support development
of turnkey
deliverables with elements of financial analysis,
interpretation and
story boarding
Performance Metrics
:
Throughput targets and quality standards for deliverables
Sales team satisfaction, based on requester surveys
Education & Experience
:
MBA from well regarded university
3-5 years of relevant work experience in good KPO
organizations, market/ equity research companies
Financial analysis capabilities
Competencies
:
Good understanding of financial statements & terms, their
implications, comparative financial analysis
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Details
:
Contrary to the Job title, this role does NOT involve
telesales
It does NOT involve working in shifts
It involves doing industry & business research to support
Oracle sales cycles
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Order fulfillment and selling of products and services in
high volume, low value, short cycle transactions using
telephone sales.
As a Telesales Business Development Representative you
will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle
business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies
Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle
Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping
activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills
and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training
provided). Goal oriented individual with superior
communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals
as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated
ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working
knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a
long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant
business experience preferred.
